When my parents decided to move to Kerala after 35 years of residence in Goa they wanted to build a home that would suit their needs in terms of practicality and elegance.
We liked Sanil from day one of this project. He has a very friendly, down to earth yet professional personality, is a good listener, understands individual requirements and works to get it done.

His communication skills are excellent. I remember my parents saying that working with Sanil and his Wife was like being with family. My brother n myself couldn’t be more happier to hear that. We weren’t present physically to help our parents build this home but Sanil delivered what he promised n beyond.

We were thrilled and excited in seeing our new home this past summer. It is a perfect mix of practical living and style incorporated with personal touches. It’s been a year since their move so I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of our family to thank Sanil and his team for bringing our vision, especially my mom’s ?? to reality in the form of our dream home.
